Exercise prescription and training under H&W include: Prevention or the reduction of risk of developing metabolic and lifestyle disease (Obesity, Type 2 Diabetes, stroke and heart disease) Prevention of sarcopenia (muscle wasting), improved balance and fall prevention Overall fitness and toning Sports conditioning
Process An initial consult and medical history will be taken and then goals will be discussed and a training programme will be designed.
