All classes include modifications on exercises to accommodate for any injuries or specific conditions. Classes are available to suit all levels of Pilates participation. Please get in contact to discuss your individual circumstances so we can find the best class to suit you.
Currently due to COVID-19 restrictions the classes are based at home and streamed via Zoom.
There is also an online platform available for recorded sessions of varying abilities.
